Cat started at DoveLewis in 2020 after having worked in veterinary medicine for eight years in varying roles - a receptionist, technician assistant, and certified dog trainer - before finding her home on our customer service team. Cat loves working at DoveLewis because there is never a dull moment and there is always something new to learn.
As our Client Experience Manager, she finds fulfillment in the support she is able to provide for our clients and staff as they navigate the experience of the Emergency Room. She values maintaining a positive attitude amidst the urgency of ER, believing that there is always room for compassion, empathy, and delicate lightness.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new things, and an exciting round (or five) of karaoke.
