Patrick Liu

Dr. Patrick Liu first came to DoveLewis as an intern, drawn by the hospital’s nonprofit mission and dedication to wildlife care. Now an emergency veterinarian, he values the supportive community and fair compensation he experienced during his internship—reflecting his ongoing commitment to veterinary excellence.

Outside of work, Dr. Liu enjoys outdoor pursuits like hiking, sports, and camping, embracing the Pacific Northwest's natural beauty. He also finds joy in culinary arts, cooking, and sharing meals with friends. With a lifelong passion for music, Dr. Liu has played piano since childhood and enjoys strategic games like chess and Magic: The Gathering. His equestrian background in jumpers and dressage from high school and college rounds out his diverse interests.
