You see a wagging tail and a wet nose, we see the pure joy on your face. We know that for some of the most vulnerable populations we visit, these dogs can become highlight of their day. Program teams visit with people of all ages and walks of life, in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, libraries, courtrooms, and now the PDX airport!

All of these visits and subsequent interactions wouldn’t be possible without the support of generous donors like you during events like this.

Memorial Art Class - Class Full

One of the best ways to navigate your grief when you lose a pet is by memorializing them through art. Research shows that art and healing come from the same source. In fact, it is now known that when a person is creating art or is healing, this person will emit the same brain wave patterns. Art and healing are so powerful that hospitals are incorporating art into patient care.
