Tess Anawalt

Tess leads major and planned giving at DoveLewis, bringing her expertise in cultivating meaningful donor relationships and designing strategic philanthropic initiatives. She was drawn to DoveLewis because it allows her to combine her experience in building transformative giving programs with her passion for supporting animals and the people who love them. For Tess, helping connect donors’ passions with opportunities that expand DoveLewis’ impact is the perfect way to make a lasting difference for pets and their families.

Outside of work, Tess enjoys cooking, gardening, and foraging for mushrooms. She loves exploring Portland by bike or on foot with her two children, her husband, and their furry companion, Rainier, and also enjoys hiking and spending time in nature.
