With nearly 18 years of human resources experience in the public and private sectors, Monica Maxwell offers DoveLewis important insights into helping team members reach their potential and positively contribute to the organization's culture, mission and standard of care. She joined the DoveLewis team in 2008. As the chief administrative officer, she provides strategic and operational leadership across multi-clinical and non-clinical departments, including client experience, human resources, technician and technician assistant.
One of her favorite parts of her job is assisting with positive culture shifts and putting employees into positions that capitalize on their strengths and passions. She says culture change is complex, difficult and fulfilling, and it's one of the aspects of her position that makes her most proud.
