Zoom Therapy Dog Session

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, our Portland Area Canine Therapy Teams (PACTT) volunteered over 8,000 hours a year for facilities around the Portland area to offer comfort, joy, and support for those who needed it.

With the social distancing  practices in place,  we are now offering a virtual way to make people feel better. Our PACTT program has now moved to Zoom to provide digital canine comfort. Join these teams every Monday at 2pm (PST) to add a smile to your day and provide a much-needed connection during these times.

June 29   |  2-3pm (PST)

What to Expect:
  • At least one dog and their handler will be in the session
  • We ask that everyone who registers to participate to join the session by 2pm (PST)
  • Everyone is welcome to interact and ask questions about the team. You may be put on mute in order to improve the audio of our teams, so be mindful if you do have questions that you may need to unmute yourself during the session
  • We will also have a volunteer to help with any technical issues if you are having trouble

Following your registration, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the link to the session.

Zoom sessions allow anyone participating to see the participants who have shared their camera, to speak to the group, and to hear anyone speaking. If Zoom is not downloaded on your device, click here.
