The Five Languages of Motivation
In this lecture, Monica Maxwell, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, MBTI will discuss how The Five Languages of Love by Gary Chapman can be used in the workplace. She will discuss how the love languages relate to how employees communicate and hear value, and how understanding your employee’s language is key to engagement and retention.
