Cinnamon Williams

Cinnamon Williams is a CPA licensed in Oregon and inactive in Alaska. She serves as the Metro’s Financial Planning Director for the last five years and originally came to the local government in 2016 as a Finance Manager over the Waste Prevention and Environmental Services and Parks and Nature departments. She has a political science degree, with a US history minor from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and has taken many business and accounting classes over the years with a few university systems. Prior to Metro, she has worked in the technology startup industry, film industry and spent many years being an auditor in public accounting. She currently serves as the Treasurer for DoveLewis.

Cinnamon has a young puppy of poodle and border collie mix, name Sonny. And has a rescue kitten named Minto who is 2 years old. Both family members keep her on her toes, as its Tom and Jerry’s cartoon in the house about 8 hours a day. She loves to downhill ski, hike, cook, and consume copious amounts of television and podcasts.
