Lauren Cox is the Development Director at DoveLewis. She joined DoveLewis in 2016 and communicates with pet owners on a daily basis about their DoveLewis stories.

Outside of work, Lauren spends a lot of time at the playground with her two little girls. She also likes to read, watch movies and play slow pitch softball.
 

A memorable moment with Butterbean

“I met Butterbean when he was brought to DoveLewis after being rescued from an extreme animal hoarding situation. Butterbean, a Persian cat, had a respiratory issue, matted hair and feces everywhere. But despite his rough condition, he was so happy and friendly during his exam with Dr. Betsy Golden. He just knew she was going to help him.”
