Pet Health Workshops
Learn the basics of pet first aid so you’ll always be prepared in an emergency. You will learn how to: prepare a first aid kit, obtain vital signs, assess breathing and circulation, perform CPR, address shock, handle specific injuries, transport injured animals, identify possible instances of toxicity, and respond to allergic reactions.
Our free community workshops are taught by DoveLewis staff and are held at DoveLewis. The pet first aid workshop begins with a lecture-style class with optional hands-on work with one of our veterinary professionals. Space is limited to 50 participants and classes do fill quickly.
Donations are welcome. Pets welcome in spirit only. Thank you for understanding.
